Matt Shannon
Matt is a member of the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS), Australian Directors Guild (ADG) and the Australian Screen Editors Guild (ASE). Matt has been working as a producer, director, cinematographer and editor in video production and theatre for 20 years. He owns Scarlett Media which specialises in corporate videos for such companies as Master Builders, BNI, Advanced Cosmetic Medicine, Hyundai, and SATC. He also owns a creative company Scarlett Entertainment which specialises in documentaries, films and theatre. Notable achievements were: Cosmosapiens a documentary – New York and Adelaide French Film Festivals, Children’s TV Pilot The Majestic Garden, The Missing Years which was shortlisted in Tropfest and accepted into Palm Springs Film Festival and producing the play, The Maids with former NIDA director Tony Knight. Matt has a bachelor of Arts in Screen Production at Flinders University of South Australia.
Peta Shannon
Peta Shannon is a member of Screen Producers Australia and Media Resource Centre. Producer, writer, actor, presenter, voice over artist and speech and drama adjudicator. Peta has produced a children’s TV pilot – The Majestic Garden and numerous corporate videos for various clients such as SCL Schumann, Grandeur Wellington, Pura Tap, Barkuma, Oknalux and many more. She has had over twenty years experience in the film and television industry as an actor. Some credentials include; The Babadook, Raising the Bar, The Majestic Garden TV pilot and numerous commercials such as; Bank SA, Stihl, Lights View, Sip n’ Save, MAC and SA Lotteries. Peta has a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in drama and creative writing and an Associate Diploma in Speech and Drama.
